Becoming an Expert: Mindful Practice, Constant Improvement, Again and Again
The title of this post is exactly the same title used on Anne 2.0’s post on the subject. There’s a good reason for this, Anne’s post is a great reading about learning and how to adopt new skills. I usually realy heavily on the trial-and-error way when adopting new techs and often I find myself with a working routine but without any deeper knowledge in what I did. The knowledge will ofcourse raise in linear with time and effort, but from now on I’ll try to take the time to reflect on what’s really going on for a few minutes. Anyway, Anne describes it better then me;
